NOTE – if you wait until a month prior to the Balloon Fiesta event you either won’t be staying the Tri-county area or you’ll be paying an “arm and a leg”.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you – lol.

All out of town teams will be given the latest start times possible to allow for travel, in the order they paid.  The earlies paid teams get their schedule requests prioritized in the order of payment.

Once an age division is at capacity and a waiting list has form a notice will be sent to the team entered that the payment deadline will be moved up (sooner) to be able to inform the wait list teams and give them time to secure lodging, if needed.

There is no gate fee or parking fees at any venue EXCEPT the Albuquerque Regional Sports Complex and they charge and collect a $5.00 per person fee for those over 12 years of age and not in uniform.
