After talking with the National Weather Service and the City of Hobbs I feel like we have a chance make this event happen because of the turf fields. However I don't want to force teams to play because they have paid. After talking with the TD/UIC's we think it is fair and best to let teams get out now and get a full refund. IF YOUR TEAM DOES NOT WANT TO PLAY YOU HAVE UNTIL 9PM CST TONIGHT THURSDAY MAY 11th TO LET ME KNOW THAT YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW BY EMAIL AND A PHONE CALL. I want both to make sure I get it right. I will have to redo the complete schedule tonight and Friday morning. Sorry for this is the best I can do. Please withdraw if you don't like the way we run events.
